The Triumph of the Redeemed

The Triumph of the Redeemed — An Eternal Perspective that Calms Our Fears in Perilous Times reveals how the specifics of our glorious and eternal inheritance enable us to put the chaos that surrounds us into a biblical and prophetic framework. It lays a solid scriptural foundation for why we believe what we do regarding Jesus’ appearing and our life in eternity when we will reign with Christ.

The blessed hope that’s embedded in the message of the Gospel is not that we all will die and then experience an undefined eternity called heaven. Not only is this unbiblical, but it fails to comfort believers that are overwhelmed with life or drowning in a sea of sorrows. Such teaching leaves us unprepared to endure in a world filled with lawlessness, wickedness, and deception.

Here are the specifics of our glorious hope that I describe in The Triumph of the Redeemed.

  1. Our reception of immortal and imperishable bodies at Jesus’ appearing when He takes us to glory and to the place He’s preparing for us

  2. Our participation in a jubilant celebration followed by a fabulous wedding feast

  3. Our glorious return to earth with Jesus

  4. Our reign with Jesus for a thousand years during which time we will fully understand the purposes behind our experiences in this life

  5. Our life in paradise dwelling in the New Jerusalem and exploring the new earth, which will be over-the-top joyous and wonderful beyond our imagination

The lengthy trials I faced many years ago could easily have destroyed my life if the Lord had not miraculously intervened. Even so, it took a very long time to overcome the PTSD that remained after the storms. It was during all those years that the Lord used my focus on the items above to breathe hope and healing into my life.
