Irrevocable: The Case for Israel

I am pleased to announce that my newest book, Irrevocable: The Case for Israel, is available for purchase on the Westbow Press website. (It’s not yet available on Amazon.)

I wrote it in response to the antisemitism that continues to surge across the world, resulting in frequent attacks against the Jewish people. Sadly, antagonism toward Israel and its people also exists within many churches. The popular belief that God has rejected Israel fuels this hostility.

But what does the Bible—our ultimate authority—say about Israel’s future within God’s prophetic plan for the world?

My purpose in writing was to take readers on a journey through Scripture to demonstrate, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the Lord’s prophetic purposes for Israel remain intact today. God has not revoked His everlasting covenants with Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and David. He will someday restore the promised kingdom to Israel.

But why should this matter to us?

It’s because God’s faithfulness to Israel is much more than a matter of competing beliefs. It powerfully testifies to His steadfast love and mercy and reminds us of our security in Christ. His promise of eternal life to all who believe is irrevocable, just as His promises to Israel are.

The connection between the permanence of God’s promises to Israel and the Gospel’s clarity is unmistakable. Writing the book deepened my understanding and appreciation of the Lord’s mercy toward us as New Testament saints.

I have studied Bible prophecy for over fifty years, and yet as I wrote, I was amazed by the profound interconnectedness of the Scripture passages that speak to the restoration of a kingdom to Israel and what it means for us.
